First tasks will be accomplished through a centralized Panel of individuals from throughout the United States who will detail certain commonplace but unlawful modes of enforcement, which does not require a locally-focused analysis of law on the Panel's part.

Panels for state specific tasks already forming in California (Orange County) and in Washington (King County, Seattle).

GETTING STARTED - Documents for administering the affairs of the Panel in its function of oversight of local government and its policies must be very well crafted, technically sound, and well representative of lawful conduct. Publicity and a web presence must be composed in a very professional and articulate manner. This will require substantial efforts on the part of one or more individuals familiar with legal writing, court rules and administration, and due process (rights of the accused).
        Web management, video recording, editing, and social networking, and other related tasks must be handled by individuals already familiar with them.
        Photocopier, postage, software, computers, monitors, internet service, audio / video equipment, data storage, and (perhaps) rent for use of meeting space, are possible expenses to cover. Ideally, the Panel should try to include certified paralegals, local criminal defense attorneys, or other professionals with an understanding of criminal law to participate in its proceedings and deliberations.

WE ALREADY HAVE - We have already received an expression of intent from a paralegal capable of writing all documents in a more than satisfactory manner, and capable of educating the Panel members in the duties of prosecutors in formulating criminal charges. This aspect of the Panel’s functional requisites is fully satisfied but must be paid for.

FEDERAL VIOLATIONS - Specific knowledge of respective state statutes and violations is only one side of the Panel's function. This Panel is able to hear accusations of federal law relative to conduct occurring anywhere in the United States. With knowledge of federal criminal statutes, and with an understanding of how the IRS commonly skirts the law, many violations of federal criminal statutes are simply waiting to be addressed. These can be brought to the attention of the Panel by anyone in the fifty states. America's top IRS whistleblower is already "on board" as part of this effort.
